 I was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio.  After happy, relatively
normal childhood, I left for Pittsburgh to spend four years not
sleeping, learning new slang ('n'at), and occasionally studying.
After receiving my degree from Carnegie Mellon, Laura and I opted to
get to California where we still live today.  Long live Silicon Valley
(or at least the value of our condo...) 



 Laura Kulick (formerly Garvin) and I have been married since 1997.
We have no children, yet (despite the ever less subtle prodding of our
families).  Laura works as a senior accountant for a local internet
start-up and I currently own my own consulting business, Kulick Software Design. 



 We spend most of our time dealing with the travails of a
fast-paced, modern life, but when we get free you'll find me on the
ice with a stick in hand and Laura on the nearest couch with her
ebook and a blanket.
